Site Construction is nearing completion with the first Residential building now under construction. Palma Sola Bay Club will have 201 units in 23 Buildings. The buildings are 3 story over parking and have just 3 units per floor. Homes will have two and three bedroom condos with pricing from the low $400’s The ground floor of each building is comprised of parking, storage and elevator lobby.
